All of our mugs are laser engraved, meaning that the print will never wash off, as can happen with some printed mugs. This mug has been manufactured and coated especially for you. Each mug is individually inspected to ensure the highest standards in quality control before printing your design. 

Although this mug has been tested to withstand up to 50 dishwasher cycles, performance can vary dependent on temperatures, detergent and any abrasion the mugs may be exposed to in different dishwashers.

To prolong and maximise the life of the decorated mug we recommend hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
